How your print is shipped:
Prints come tightly rolled and shipped in a triangular kraft box to ensure safe delivery and avoid using plastic caps. In several locations, we use stay-flat envelopes for posters in size 8" × 10".
 
Key steps to unrolling your Print:
Unroll carefully: Lay the print, down on a clean, flat surface. Make sure to unroll it slowly and gently to avoid creating creases. If the image is facing upwards, you can use the tissue paper the print came with for protection.
 
Apply weight evenly: Place heavy objects like books, magazines, or plates across the entire print, ensuring they are distributed evenly on the corners and center.
 
Let it sit: Allow the print to remain underweight for several hours or overnight, depending on the paper's thickness and how curled it is.
